I'm Kayla Harrity, the founder of Align. I provide fractional executive assistant, operations and event support for people doing a lot at once—creative founders, small teams and growing brands who need high-level help without the cost or commitment of a full-time hire.
My background spans executive support, legal marketing, international sports management, real estate/construction and high-profile events, so I'm comfortable jumping into complex, slightly chaotic worlds and bringing calm structure to them. Recent projects include an official CBS Survivor–themed pop-up, a large-scale holiday pop-up, and ongoing support for legal marketing, sports management and construction clients.
